Good to know

The most important questions about ordering, shipping and our Riesenmäuse — answered in brief.

Orders placed before 2 pm on weekdays leave our house the very same day. Within Germany, your DHL parcel usually arrives within 1–3 working days.

For orders of €35 or more, we happily cover the shipping costs for you. Below that, we charge a small flat shipping fee.

They like it best cool and dry, stored in an airtight container. That keeps them beautifully soft and preserves their flavour — for many weeks, even after opening.
